Submission Guidelines

Kandalika (KAIMERJ) welcomes paper submissions in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, and Sanskrit. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, short communications, and case studies in a variety of academic disciplines.

General Paper Submission Guidelines

Paper Types Accepted:

Length of Manuscripts:

Manuscripts should not exceed 5000 words, including abstract, keywords, references, tables, and figures. For shorter communications, the limit is 3000 - 4000 words.

Formatting Guidelines:

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

Line Spacing: 1.5 lines.

Title: Bold, centered, font size 14 pt.

Abstract: Max 250 words, italicized, with no citations.

Keywords: 5–7 keywords, placed after the abstract, separated by commas.

Headings: Primary headings in bold, font size 14 pt.

Subheadings: Italicized, font size 12 pt.

References:

All references should be cited according to the APA style (7th edition). In-text citations must include the author's last name and publication year, e.g., (Smith, 2020). References should be listed at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.

Submission Process

Initial Submission:

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via email to Kandalika@srikrishnacollegebagula.ac.in. Authors should include their full name, affiliation, and contact details in the submission email.

Review Process:

Each manuscript will undergo a peer-review process. The review process will be double-blind, meaning that both authors and reviewers will remain anonymous throughout.

Revisions:

Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments. Final acceptance will be contingent on the quality of revisions.

Paper Submission Guidelines for English, Hindi, Bengali, and Sanskrit

Language Specifics:

Authors submitting in English must ensure their paper adheres to standard academic English and is free from grammatical and typographical errors.

For Hindi, Bengali, and Sanskrit submissions, papers should be submitted using the respective Unicode font formats (e.g., Mangal for Hindi, Bengali for Bengali, and Sanskrit for Sanskrit).

Translation Services:

If authors wish to submit in a regional language, it is recommended to also submit an English translation of the abstract and keywords for international readability.

Formatting for Samiran Language (Full Paper Guidelines)

For papers submitted in Samiran language, please follow the specific formatting guidelines below:

Font Size: 12 pt for the body text, 14 pt for headings.

Page Layout: A4 size paper, with 1-inch margins on all sides.

Language Specifics: Please ensure that all characters and symbols are correctly formatted and rendered in the Samiran language using Unicode-compliant fonts.

Additional Notes

Plagiarism Policy:

All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers that exceed a 10% plagiarism threshold will be rejected.

Ethical Considerations:

Authors should adhere to ethical standards and ensure that no conflict of interest exists. Research involving human subjects or animals must have appropriate ethical clearance from relevant authorities.

Copyright Transfer:

Upon acceptance of the paper, authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement, transferring the copyright of the paper to the Journal
